Introduction
Welcome to Hanley Town Football Club's Youth Development Program (Hanley Town FC YDP). By registering your child for our youth teams via our website (https://hanley-ydp.hivelink.co.uk/), you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Registration and Fees
- Registration Fee:
- An initial, non-refundable registration fee is required to enroll your child in Hanley Town FC YDP. This fee covers player enrolment, matchday kit, training kits, and other initial expenses.
- The registration fee must be paid in full at the time of registration.
- Monthly Fee:
- A monthly fee is charged to cover all ongoing player expenses, including training, match participation, and other associated costs.
- This fee must be paid on the first day of each month via the payment methods provided on our website.
- Non-Payment:
- If a parent fails to keep up with the monthly payments, the child's subscription and membership to their team may be cancelled.
- In such cases, the child will no longer be allowed to participate in training sessions, matches, or any other club activities until the outstanding payments are cleared.
Refund Policy
- Non-Refundable Fees:
- All registration and monthly fees are non-refundable. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure the financial stability of the program and cover incurred expenses.
- Cancellation:
- If you wish to cancel your child's membership, you must notify Hanley Town FC YDP in writing via the contact methods provided on our website. No refunds will be issued for any fees already paid.
Fulfillment Policy
- Provision of Services:
- Upon successful registration and payment of the initial registration fee, Hanley Town FC YDP commits to providing the following:
- Full player enrolment.
- A complete matchday kit.
- Training kits.
- Access to all scheduled training sessions and matches.
- Participation in club-organized events and activities.
- Monthly Services:
- As long as monthly fees are up to date, Hanley Town FC YDP will ensure the continuous provision of:
- Regular training sessions.
- Participation in matches.
- Access to coaching and support services.
- Any additional resources or activities specified by the club.
- Equipment and Kit:
- The matchday and training kits provided are included in the registration fee. Additional or replacement kits can be purchased via the club's official channels.
- Cancellation of Services:
- In case of non-payment or cancellation of the subscription, all services provided by Hanley Town FC YDP will be terminated immediately. The club holds no responsibility for providing any services to members who are not in good financial standing.
Liability and Conduct
- Conduct:
- All players and parents are expected to adhere to the club's code of conduct. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of membership without a refund.
- Liability:
- Hanley Town FC YDP is not liable for any personal injury or property damage incurred during training sessions, matches, or any other club activities.
Amendments
- Changes to Terms and Conditions:
- Hanley Town FC YDP reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered members via email and updated on the website.
